It is a warm June day in Moldova when I arrive at Mileștii Mici, home to the largest cellar complex in the world. Situated among lush green landscapes in a town of the same name, the winery is a roughly 45-minute drive from the capital Chisinau and an hour and a half from the border with Ukraine.
