There’s truly nothing like a good, freshly baked loaf of sourdough to me. And as much as I enjoy baking sourdough myself, tending to a starter can get tedious. When I moved recently I had to say goodbye to my starter, and now if I want sourdough I need to buy it. That’s where Bittman’s comes in. The frozen sourdough delivery service gives me lots of delicious loaves in an assortment of flavors that I can pull out of my freezer and bake fresh whenever I want.
