Heirs Holdings, has acquired an additional six million shares in Seplat Energy Plc valued at £53.2 million.According to a statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) the shares were bought by Heirs Energies Limited, a company controlled by Tony Elumelu.The statement signed by Edith Onwuchekwa, Director, Legal/Company Secretary, of Seplat stated:” The company purchased shares at £8.87 each in a transaction conducted in London on September 30, 2026.“Following the t
