The Buccaneers are signing quarterback Brett Rypien to their practice squad, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.Rypien visited the Bucs on Tuesday.The team won't have Baker Mayfield for a minimum of three weeks as he recovers from a dislocated thumb on his throwing hand.
