A Frontier passenger filmed a flight attendant refilling a water bottle from the plane’s galley dispenser—and says the water was being handed out as bottled. Bringing bottled water onboard is supposed to avoid the aircraft’s tanks. Refilling the bottle defeats the point, even on an airline that scores well in water testing.
