Counter-terrorism police are leading an investigation into a major incident near an RAF base in Gloucestershire used in American attacks against Iran.
Five men were arrested in the early hours of this morning near RAF Fairford on suspicion of committing offences under the Explosives Act, while 85 homes in the nearby village of Whelford were also evacuated.
