WASHINGTON (AP) — A panel of appeals court judges appeared to be divided Friday on whether to reverse or uphold an order for the Trump administration to facilitate the return of dozens of Venezuelan migrants who were deported from the U.S. to a notorious prison in El Salvador last year.
