A wave of leasing activity has brought 125,000 square feet of new and renewed tenants to downtown Denver’s 1800 Larimer St. office tower, according to an announcement this week by commercial real estate firm Newmark.
The deals include tenants such as Morrison & Foerster LLP, Ballard Spahr LLP, BOOTS Construction Co., The Boettcher Foundation, First American Heritage Title Co. and Kaplan Kirsch.
