MyFitnessPal vs MyNetDiary: Which Has Better Macro Tracking?

Macro tracking is three numbers: protein, carbohydrates and fat. Getting them right sounds simple, and it is (for about a week). 



Understanding macros isn’t the hard part. It’s finding your actual dinner in a database, logging it before you forget, and still doing that on an ordinary Tuesday.



MyFitnessPal and MyNetDiary both track macros, and both do it competently. Where they diverge is what they optimize around.
