College basketball analytics guru Evan Miyakawa recently released his preseason computer rankings for all 365 Division I teams.
There are actually two rankings. One presumes a full roster. The other, right next to it, is “a team’s overall rankings if every player whose eligibility case is still pending were ruled ineligible and unavailable for the season.”
