In Samastipur, four men were arrested after a video surfaced showing them allegedly harassing a girl in public. The incident occurred on Dam Bypass Road when the girl and a boy stopped to take photographs. Similar incidents had recently taken place in Jamui, where a Class X girl faced harassment from a group of youths. The Jamui police detained three minors and identified more suspects from video footage.
