Besançon-based Lightspring raises over €3.5 million to industrialise photonic chip packaging

Lightspring, a Besançon-based DeepTech startup that designs and manufactures the optical interfaces of photonic integrated circuits, today announced the close of a €3.1 million Seed round to tackle optical packaging, which today accounts for half the cost of a photonic chip.
