Fans of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto who are eagerly awaiting General Motors' new full-size trucks for the 2027 model year might be thrilled to know both those services will be offered on the new Chevrolet and GMC pickups as they go on sale within the next three months. Those same fans were miffed three years ago when General Motors said it would phase out the popular smartphone integration in favor of native Google-based infotainment built into new vehicles.
