When it comes to pasta, I’ve never been a big fan of red sauce. Give me a pesto or creamy Alfredo any day. And that includes store-bought sauces, too — I’m usually opting for brown butter and sage or Sauz’s Lemon Pepper Pesto. But there is one red sauce that has changed my mind: Martone Street’s Signature Pomodoro. It’s so good, I’m already on my third jar (and have three more in the pantry!).
