Charlie Hogan is renting apartments in 2026 at 2016 prices.
The CEO of Denver’s Cornerstone Apartments is renting units in Capitol Hill, Uptown and Five Points for as low as $675 per month. He has 40 units under $900, and that’s before concessions.
“I lived in the Jack Kerouac (1240 Sherman St.) in 2005. One bed was $500 to $550 and now we have studios at $675 down the street. That’s 10 years ago rents,” Hogan said.
