It’s been nearly a decade and a half since voters in Colorado last approved the expansion of a county commission from three to five members.
Residents of two Colorado counties — each at opposite ends of the political spectrum — have revived the debate and are set to decide this fall whether to add two more county decision-makers to the mix on each’s board of commissioners.
