The Pro Football Hall of Fame has announced major changes to its selection process seven months after the controversial snub of Bill Belichick created a public uproar. The changes will begin with the voting cycle for the 2027 class. The most significant change is that the group of selectors will be cut from 50 to 25 on the selection committee, with three alternates that will rotate on a yearly basis for a total of 28.
