A longtime Colorado dairy executive is putting his Beaver Creek home on the market for $14.97 million.
The 7,000-square-foot single-family residence at 10 Borders Road has long been owned by Marc Peperzak, founder of Aurora Dairy Corporation.
Completed in 2014 by local architect and builder Scott Turnipseed, the four-bedroom home sits on nearly 1.5 acres and borders more than an acre of protected Beaver Creek open space.
