Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus Frequent Flier Numbers Change + More Secure Account Access

Thai Airways today sent a notice that the airline is moving away from the current 7-digit alphanumeric format to 10-digit numbers in mid-September 2026.

At the same time, the airline will retire all existing passwords, and Royal Orchid Plus (ROS) members will need to create a new, more complex password. Each ROS member needs to have their own email address.
