Here’s your latest reminder that Matt Reeves’ sequel to The Batman, the efficiently titled The Batman: Part II, was originally set to swing into theaters—indeed, like a flying squirrel of the night—on October 3 of last year. It was not to be: After its initial release date was announced, Warner Bros. delayed the film by a year, only to push it even further back, finally landing on its current February 18, 2028, release date.
