MÉRIDA, Yucatán — The annual Feria del Queso de Bola will return to Mérida on August 29 and 30, transforming the Parque de La Plancha into a culinary and cultural showcase centered on Edam cheese, an iconic staple of traditional Yucatecan gastronomy.
