City administration is requesting that council expand the existing lease space in the Precambrian Building to accommodate a higher number of staff downtown.
Council approved the current three-year lease agreement in September 2025 for 3,820 square feet of space. Administration is requesting an additional 2,262 square feet of floor area for a total office space of 6,091 square feet, with no other changes to the agreement.
