NFL, NFLPA announce "greater emphasis" on five player-safety rules this season

The NFL and NFL Players Association released a joint statement on Wednesday concerning player health and safety violations. The statement says that "greater emphasis" will be placed on five fouls in the category. They are hip drop tackles, horse collar tackles, launching, hits on defenseless players and blindside blocks.
