Brigandine Abyss is the latest game in the Brigandine franchise which started back in 1998 with The Legend of Forsena on the original PlayStation console. After many years, publisher Happinet brought the IP back with 2022’s The Legend of Runersia and are now expanding on it with a specific focus on fleshing out the story aspect a little more than its predecessors.
