The public deserves to know why Hawaiian Electric took so long to restore power to the various neighborhoods on Oahu after Tropical Storm Lala. With the help of helicopters, drones and other sources of observation, problem areas should have been identified and greater effort put forth to correct potential threats of interference prior to the storm.
