Montreal musician Ruby McKinnon makes gauzy, dreamy music under the name Flower Face, and she became a Stereogum Artist To Watch on the strength of her 2024 album Girl Prometheus. Now, she's back with a hazy, glamorous, awfully pretty new song called "Bad Dream." If Mazzy Star recorded a song specifically for the Drive soundtrack, it might sound a bit like this.
