According to BC Hydro, power has been restored to most customers who have returned home following the downgrading of evacuation orders issued in response to the Pear Lake wildfire.
As of Sunday afternoon, BC Hydro reports that 28 customers southeast of Highway 97 and north of Ainsworth Road north of Chasm are without power, as are approximately five customers near Highway 97 south of Chasm Road. These properties are all under evacuation alert.
Power remains out to 122 custom
