Hubballi: For more than a week now the monsoon has remained subdued in Karnataka as on Wednesday too only 5 per cent of the state received moderate rainfall, while 44 per cent of the geography received no rainfall at all.According to the daily report of Karnataka State Natural Disaster Management Centre only few locations in Malnad region of Chikkamagaluru and Shivamogga received moderate rainfall.
