We spoke to Mollie Cousins, a survivor of domestic abuse, whose former partner was jailed for five years for a list of violent crimes, including strangulation and suffocation.
She’s been campaigning against early prison release for domestic abusers since learning that her attacker may be eligible. We asked her how she felt about today’s announcement by the Prime Minister, which leaves her former partner eligible for early release.
