In Mérida, Yucatán, on July 1, 2026, the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) provided timely assistance to a woman in labor who gave birth during her transfer to the Maternity Hospital, following a report received by 911 from the police station in Texán Palomeque, municipality of Hunucmá.
