A Virginia police officer was arrested this week after allegedly assaulting a person he knew while off duty, authorities said.Vincent Baglio, 31, of Arlington, was arrested on charges of malicious wounding, according to the Arlington County Police Department.Police said the alleged assault took place inside a residence on May 24 while Baglio was off duty.
