Mexico’s Institute to Return Stolen Goods to the People (INDEP) will auction a 13,000-square-meter property in Tapalpa, Jalisco, once used as a hideout by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias El Mencho, leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), who was killed in a military operation earlier this year. The property has a base price of nearly 13 million pesos.
