A German holidaymaker had enough of the nuisance that is the typical morning ritual of European tourists, placing towels on sun chairs by the pool in order to reserve a spot and successfully sued the tour operator.
This customer booked an expensive travel package to Kos Island in Greece and the situation at the pool each morning was so ridiculous that it was impossible to find a spot at the pool at any given day due to the chair hogs.
