A STOLEN tractor was driven “full throttle” into a house before the driver fled the scene. The tractor and baler were driven into a property in Whinney Banks, Middlesbrough, shortly after 1am this morning. They then fled the scene, in a car with blacked out windows according to Cleveland Police. Several residents have been evacuated....
