The other day, I listened to a YouTube video about how to maximize the potential of customary replies. The speaker stated that the utterance “You’re welcome,” after someone thanks you, is now viewed as a no-no. The video explained that instead one should say, “It’s my pleasure,” or perhaps, “I was happy to help you.
