Gaming handhelds have a reputation for poor battery life, and it's not hard to see why. Devices like the Steam Deck, ROG Ally, and Legion Go can only game for a couple of hours, and it sometimes gets hard to go past an hour when running something demanding. Of course, things did get better with the newer generation handhelds, as they have more efficient chips and larger batteries.
