The Supreme Court in Mt Hagen this morning quashed the contempt of objection of competency (SCA No. 189 and SCA No. 191 of 2025) between the Southern Highlands Provincial Assembly clerk Leo Vali (First Appealant) and Southern Highlands Governor William Powi (Second Appeal ant).
