Early resolution process expands to Nanaimo

Some family-law matters will soon be able to be settled out of court in Nanaimo, after the province announced the early resolution process is expanding into the community.
Affecting services like family-law matters, such as parenting arrangements, contact, child and spousal support, as well as property division respecting companion animals, the province announced on Wednesday, April 29 that the program will be expanded to 35 new locations.
