Today, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, a religious nonprofit that provides counseling and resources to pregnant women in New Jersey, had established a present injury to its First Amendment associational rights to confer standing to challenge a subpoena from the state to disclose private donor information.
