Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The northeastern Iraqi province of Diyala announced a temporary opening of the Hamrin concrete bridge after 90 percent of the construction works have been completed.
The temporary opening was necessary after nearby roads were damaged and traffic movement was affected because of rising water levels in the neighboring lake, according to a statement released by the Iraqi Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities, and Public Works.
