Longtime Denver Broncos safety Justin Simmons announced his retirement after nine NFL seasons on Wednesday.“Being a Denver Bronco was more than just a team,” Simmons said in a video posted on social media by the team. “It was my heart, my home and my story.”Simmons, 32, played eight of his nine seasons with the Broncos before being released and joining the Atlanta Falcons in 2024.
