The Malaspina Choir will be bringing the music of Brahms to an upcoming concert.
The performance of Johannes Brahm’s A German Requiem by the choir will be taking place at the St. Andrew’s United Church on May 2 at 7:30 p.m.
Brahms had been a German composer, who had composed the requiem between 1865 and 1868. According to Fiona Blackburn, artistic director of the Malaspina Choir, the piece is considered a classical, superb and colossal work.
