Marriott has on Monday added the removed bonus elite night credits back to Bonvoy members that were for some reason withdrawn on Sunday. These bonus nights are mainly from the current Spring promotion.
A friend of mine pinged me about this, and yes, Marriott removed them from my account as well. They were back at some point on Monday.
