Here’s the part nobody wants to say out loud: the friend who plans every gathering, sends every invite, and texts the group first isn’t doing it because they love logistics. They’re doing it because they figured out, somewhere very young, that being remembered isn’t automatic. You have to make yourself rememberable. And initiating is the cheapest, most reliable way to do that.
