Minister for Higher Education, Research, Science & Technology and Sports, Kinoka Hotune Feo, told graduates at the UPNG's 71st graduation ceremony that Papua New Guinea’s biggest challenge is not poverty but mindset.
“We have gold. We have silver. We have timber. We have fish. All kinds of minerals including the rare minerals we have. I think our biggest problem is the graduates having a mindset problem. That is our biggest problem,” he said.
