Stephen King's 'Dreamcatcher' Adaptation Deserves a Reevaluation

Stephen King adaptations aren’t always as sweetly baked as the bestselling author’s books. Some are excellent. Others are average. The rest are not worth anyone's time. Or are they? A few movies can be found at the top of every online ranking. They include The Shawshank Redemption, The Mist, Misery, The Green Mile, Carrie, and Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining (even though King hates it). At the bottom, there's likely to be Firestarter, Cell, and The Dark Tower, among a few others.
