Egypt’s Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC), affiliated with the Ministry of Industry, has extended its international recognition from the European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA) to include carbon footprint verification under ISO 14067 standards.
The expanded scope covers certification and verification bodies and has been reflected in global accreditation databases, including the Global Accreditation Cooperation and the EA registry.
