Court nullifies OC’s directives on NICTA

The National Court has ruled that the Ombudsman Commission (OC) does not have the authority to prevent the National Information and Communication Technology Authority (NICTA) from exercising its administrative functions.
The ruling quashed a recent directive issued by the Ombudsman Commission which sought to stop NICTA from continuing its dealings with global satellite internet provider, Starlink.
