Beginning a question with “You’re going to kill me for this one” probably isn’t the best tack, so I shouldn’t be surprised when I hear Louise Duffy audibly inhale, bracing herself for what’s to come. “No, no, it’s positive,” I add hastily, still suspecting that, even so, it’s probably something no woman ever really wants to answer.
