The Economic Freedom Fighter leader attended the pre-sentencing hearing at the Kugompo Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, 15 April.
The outspoken politician was found guilty of the unlawful use of a firearm relating to a 2015 incident at the party’s fifth birthday celebration.
He will return to hear his fate on Thursday
